Haytor Granite - A Celebration

Talk by Stuart Drabble celebrating the opening of the Haytor Granite Railroad in 1820. A Moretonhampstead History Society event. Venue: The Stables Room, The Union Inn, 10 Ford Street, Moretonhampstead, TQ13 BLN. Start time 1930. Non-members are welcome - £4 on the door.

A Launceston Railway Circle event. 1900 for a 1930 start at Dingley Hall next to the Methodist church in Launceston. There is free parking in the car park opposite.

GWR Camping Coach Holidays presented by Mike Fenton. Mike is making his first visit to the Launceston Railway Circle with his detailed study of the very popular network of camping coaches which provided inexpensive holidays.
