Edwin (Ed) C. Fox III, CPA, Esq. is the Founder of Fox Law Group, PLLC. Ed has spent his entire career advising clients in tax policy, estate planning , and tax controversy matters. Ed is a former Attorney-Advisor with the Internal Revenue Service Large Business and International Division. During his two years as an Attorney-Advisor, Ed developed the Revenue Agent Handbook for Individual Retirement Accounts and numerous Complex Issues Staff Information Sheets. Ed also was very active in the development of training programs for the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel and Large Business and International Division. Ed also served as the Senior Tax Policy Analyst for KPMG and Senior Tax Attorney with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel. In addition to practicing law and serving in government positions, Ed has published over 400 articles on various topics related to taxation and business transactions. Ed is also a frequent speaker at various conferences and seminars.
